All prints are made to order just for you, therefore please allow 1-5 business days after your order is placed for your order to ship
Prints may ship separately from other products. You will receive separate tracking information for each item as they ship.
Most orders are shipped USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3-6 business days.
Palm Prints is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the package is en route, however I will do everything I can to help!
