Shipping policy
STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
- In an effort to be more sustainable and environmentally-friendly, all items are made to order just for you and shipped from our small, family-owned printing partners.
- Some items require extra care to ship and may arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each item in your order as they ship.
- Items are typically shipped within 1-5 business days, however, this timeline may be longer after sales or during the holiday season. If you need specific timeline details or have questions, please reach out to hello@palm-prints.com (hyphen included!)
- 16x20 prints are shipped from our printing partner and take 5-7 business days to ship.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items are typically shipped via USPS or UPS and these carriers typically have a shipping timeline of 2-7 business days. Please refer to their websites for additional timeline information for specific locations.
- As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Tracking may take a day to update in USPS or UPS systems. If your items are shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each item as they ship.
PACKAGING
- Please refer to each product page for additional packaging and shipping details.
- 5 x 7, 8 x 10, and 11 x 14 prints are packed in a clear sleeve and shipped in a flat mailer. *Please note that in an effort to be more sustainable, multiple prints may be packaged together in the same clear sleeve*
- 16 x 20 prints are gently rolled in a shipping tube up to a quantity of 3, orders of 3 or more 16 x 20 prints will ship flat.
LOST & DELAYED ITEMS
- USPS considers packages lost after 15 business days of the item being shipped. If your item was not received within 15 days of you receiving tracking information, please reach out to me within 10 days so that I can file a lost package claim with USPS.
- USPS and UPS packages typically take 2-7 business days to arrive, sometimes longer during the holiday season. Occasionally your tracking information will show "In Transit, Arriving Late," this is common and in my experience packages have always arrived shortly after the original delivery date. I understand delays are frustrating, but I appreciate your patience!
- Unfortunately, once the package leaves my studio, it is out of my hands and becomes the responsibility of USPS or UPS. Palm Prints is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages, but I will do my best to help wherever I can, of course.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- We take extra care when packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged, please reach out to me at hello@palm-prints.com within 7 days of receipt with a picture of the item and packaging. If accepted, I will ship a replacement or issue a refund if the item is sold out.
ORDER CHANGES
- If you realize after purchasing an item that an address was entered incorrectly or needs to be edited, please reach out to hello@palm-prints.com immediately - orders begin to process immediately after they are placed but we may occasionally be able to edit the address before shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If you are unhappy with your purchase once it has been received, please reach out to hello@palm-prints.com.
- Returns of unused products in good condition are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order, a store credit will be issued between 15-30 days.
- If the item is received in good condition in it's original packaging prior to 14 days, you will receive a refund back on the original payment method within 14 days of the product being received.
- If you are being issued a store credit, you will receive a code for the product amount to use on a future purchase.
