Orders & Shipping
All items are made to order just for you and ship within 2-6 business days. 16 x 20 giclee prints require a bit more time and typically ship within 7-9 business days. Typically, orders within the US take 3-5 business days to arrive, but please visit the website of your package's carrier for more accurate timeline information for your exact location. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order!
Shipping addresses may be updated immediately after the order is placed, please reach out to hello@palm-prints.com with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible. Please note that orders begin processing immediately, so address changes are not always guaranteed. If you need to change your address after you receive tracking, you may contact the shipping provider to have your address changed.
While I wish I could hand deliver each and every package, once your order leaves our studio, it's out of our hands and we are only able to see and obtain the same information as you. We would recommend reaching out to the carrier or your local post office (if the order shipped via USPS) for more information. Palm Prints is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages, but please reach out to us at hello@palm-prints.com and we will do whatever we can to help!
We currently do not offer international shipping due to the unpredictability of tariffs, but we hope to again soon!
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted on non-personalized or custom items up to 14 days after delivery of the item. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging and the customer must cover return shipping costs. Refunds will process within 14 business days. If your item arrives damaged, please send a picture to hello@palm-prints.com and, if accepted, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply log in to your account, go to the Order History section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Artwork & Keepsakes
All artwork featured on each keepsake is illustrated by hand, either digitally or with watercolor and/or gouache paint, by our founder, Courtney in New England. We design each item in-studio, and then the designs are sent off to our production partners who produce the items and ship them out to you! All products are made within the US.
Mugs are completely dishwasher safe and the artwork should never fade. However, occasionally a mug will sneak into a batch where the coating isn't completely sealed and the artwork significantly fades after a few washes. If this happens, please reach out with a picture and we will send you a replacement mug as soon as possible, even if it's outside of the return window.
