Holiday Shipping Information

• 12/17 last day for online orders for delivery by Christmas**
• 12/20 last day to place an order for local pickup through 12/21
• 12/22 - 12/28 Christmas Break - Orders placed on or after 12/21 will ship on 12/28

Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail for heavier items (calendars, mugs, etc.) and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Local Curbside Pickup: Select the "Curbside Pickup Canton, MA" option at check out. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready to be picked up which will include details on the exact address and the dates and times when you can pick the order up. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be prepared for pickup. Pickup windows are as follows: 

- 12/19 2pm-6pm
- 12/20 2pm-6pm
- 12/21 10am-2pm

**Please note that I work as quickly as possible to get orders shipped out, usually within 24-48 hours, but once packages leave my studio it is out of my hands and becomes the responsibility of USPS or UPS. These dates ensure that your package will very likely arrive by Christmas, but it is not guaranteed. Palm Prints is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages but I of course will do my best to help wherever I can.

Packaging: Orders are wrapped up in tissue paper and never include pricing, so they are ready to be shipped directly to your recipient as well. Fill out the gift message box at checkout for a handwritten gift note to be included!
